Grandmaster Flash has confirmed an Irish date for next month. The pioneering hip hop DJ will make his way to the Village on Wexford St on February 18th.

Grandmaster Flash was the first ever Hip-Hop DJ to make cutting, scratching and mixing popular, and in 2007 he became the first hip hop artist to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Doors open at 11.30pm and tickets for the event are just €12.50 - that's exactly half the price they were when he sold out his last Irish show.
