Squeeze have postponed their Vicar St date that was set to go ahead on Thursday March 24th. The new wave band will now play on Sunday September 18th instead, with original tickets still valid and refunds available from point of purchase.

Bryan Ferry is set to visit Waterford to play a free show on the opening night of the Tall Ships Festival on Thursday June 30th. Meanwhile The Waterboys and O Emperor will play the following night, July 1st, and Sharon Shannon, Damien Dempsey and Dessie O'Halloran will take to the stage on Saturday July 2nd. Latest internet sensation Jamie Lawson has just added a headlining show at Vicar St to his increasingly busy schedule. Lawson will play the Dublin venue on Thursday May 5th. Tickets priced €18 go on sale this Wednesday March 16th at 9am.

After their recent support slot to Maroon 5 at the Grand Canal Theatre, Dublin band The Shoos are set to play a headlining date at Whelan's in support of new mini-album 'Rescue Room'. The gig takes place on the record release date, Friday April 8th. Tickets priced €13 are on sale now.
