Fresh after what was by all accounts a storming show in The Olympia on Saturday night, The Lumineers haven't wasted much time in announcing their return to our shores next November.

The Colorado band will upgrade their venue from the 1,600 or so who can fit into the Olympia to the much larger O2 in Dublin's docklands, capable of holding 10,000+ punters, on 21st November next. Tickets for the gig will go on sale from 9am on 22nd February and are priced at €26. By the way, did we mention you can win tickets to the gig in our competition section?

South African sensations Die Antwoord are another band who have announced an Irish return this morning. The dynamic rap group will roll into The Olympia on the 20th June, just about a year after their earth-shattering show in The Academy. Tickets for this will also go on sale at 9am on 22nd February for €26.

Meanwhile, the Trinity Ball has announced a glut of acts who'll take to the stage at the University's annual musical celebration/piss-up on the 5th of April. Among those confirmed are Ellie Goulding, The Vaccines, Bastille, Tiga, The Original Rudeboys, Gavin James and Tom Odell. Tickets are available to Trinity staff/students only, priced at €80.
