Several acts have confirmed Irish shows in the past few days. These include Pete(r) Doherty's first Irish shows since his latest incarceration this summer, which led to him cancelling his scheduled appearance at the Oxegen festival. Also confirmed to play a show up north is London indie-rock band Yuck and Scroobius Pip, without his longtime collaborator Dan Le Sac, will play a solo show in Whelan's ahead of the release of his debut solo album Introdiction.
