With his 19th solo album 'Clapton' set to be released on September 24th, legendary guitarist Eric Clapton has announced two major Irish shows for 2011. The former Cream man will play The O2 in Dublin on May 9th (from £60) and Belfast's Odyssey Arena on May 10th (from €70.70). Tickets go on sale this Thursday September 16th at 9am.

Having revealed last month that he would play Dublin's Olympia Theatre on February 28th, Ben Drew AKA Plan B has now announced a second date at that same venue for the previous night, Sunday February 27th. Tickets priced €33.60 are on sale now.

Trip hop musician and rapper Tricky has announced an Irish date in support of his new album 'Mixed Race' which is due on September 24th. He will play The Academy on Sunday October 17th. Tickets priced €30 are on sale now.

Suzanne Vega is set to return to Dublin in October for a date at Vicar St on Friday 22nd. Tickets priced €33.60 are on sale now.
