A star-studded array of musicians are coming to Dublin's National Concert Hall next month for two very special shows.

Blixa Bargeld (The Bad Seeds), Gavin Friday, Ute Lemper, Camille O'Sullivan, Cathal Coughlan (Microdisney/The Fatima Mansions) and Meow Meow will take part in 'Change the World', two concerts that will see their interpretations and translations of the songs and poems of Bertolt Brecht unfold on the NCH stage.

It's part of the National Concert Hall's 'Perspectives' gig series and they'll take place on September 14th and 15th.

German poet and playwright Brecht, who died in 1956, is regularly cited by numerous musicians and creative types as an influence, particularly the songs that he wrote with composer Kurt Weill in the 1930s.
