The gig announcements are rolling in thick and fast this morning, as the latest act to play the Iveagh Gardens has just been announced.
Almost 8 years after they first played Dublin, synthpop trio Future Islands will return, playing Iveagh Gardens on Thursday, July 6th.
Sam Herring and co. have not played a headline show in Dublin since late 2014, so their return is welcomed - and we may well have a new album by that point, too.
Tickets priced €45 go on sale next Friday 27th January at 9am from usual outlets.
