John Lawler, AKA Fratellis frontman Jon Fratelli, has begun work on a new project with Glasgow burlesque performer Lou Hickey.
A Club Noir workmate of Fratelli's wife Heather, better known as Chelsea Dagger, Hickey is also signed to Island Records as a solo artist. According to reports, earlier this year Fratelli invited Hickey to join him in a new band, which they now call The Codeine Breakfast Club. Hickey has describe the Fratelli main man as 'grounded' and 'level-headed.'
