Hozier - Pepper Canister Church, Saturday 7th December

Hozier takes us to the church…the Pepper Canister Church, that is. The owner of one of the biggest Irish songs of the year, Hozier is on the cusp of making a major breakthrough. Shows like this, and a stint on Other Voices in Dingle the same weekend, will go some way to showing just how popular he can become.

The Coronas - Olympia Theatre, Tuesday 10th December

One of the more beloved acts on the Irish scene, The Coronas have become a bona-fide hometown heroes of late will show you why when they tread the boards on stage at the Olympia on 10th December.

Gavin James - Pepper Canister Church, Friday 13th December

It's been a rollercoaster ride for Gavin James over the last 12 months. If last year's Other Voices was his coming out party, the following months were punctuated with success after success. We're pretty sure that you can expect something special in the Pepper Canister Church.

Villagers - Vicar Street, Tuesday 17th December

{Awayland}, the second album from Villagers, saw the Dubliners bag their second successive Mercury nomination as well as enough positive reviews to fuel many a band's entire discography. This is one of those "can't miss" shows.

Tenacious D - The Academy, Tuesday 17th December

Jack Black and his cohort Kyle Gass will bring their rock n' roll sideshow to the Academy on Dublin's Abbey Street for a pre-Christmas shindig. We also understand that there'll be a Sasquatch there, so that's another reason to turn up.
