Details of the annual First Music Contact tour have emerged today. This year's tour will feature the excellent trio of Squarehead, The Lost Brothers and We Cut Corners and will take in five gigs across Ireland between the 1st and 10th of November.

As always, the opening slot for each gig will go to a local artist selected by FMC, the venue and local and international judges. To apply for a support slot visit and visit the opportunities link on your dashboard. You must be from Dublin, Limerick, Galway, Cork or Kildare to qualify.

2010's FMC Tour saw And So I Watch You From Afar, Jape and Fionn Regan play a series of gigs across the country, while it was the turn of Adebisi Shank, Heathers and O Emperor last winter.

Fri 2nd - The Pavillion, Cork
Sat 3rd - Dolans' Warehouse, Limerick
