The blogger who was responsible for the leakage of several tracks from Guns 'N' Roses' 'Chinese Democracy' was paid a visit by the FBI on Monday.

Kevin Skwerl, a former employee of Universal Music, and proprietor of the blog Antiquiet, said that he was questioned for fifteen minutes by two agents at his house, who asked to see the leaked files - which he no longer has.

Skrewl posted nine songs from the album on the blog last week, but removed them immediately when Axl Rose's lawyers requested their removal.

He's not too worried about being sued, either, saying: "It's a legal grey area since it wasn't for download, it wasn't a finished product. We aren't sure who owns the recordings. I feel like I might survive this."
