Eric Clapton has announced two upcoming Irish dates. Clapton will play The O2 in Dublin on 9th May 20.13 and the Odyssey Arena in Belfast the following night on 10th May. Clapton was last in town in May 2011 for a sold out show, again in The O2. Tickets for the gig will go on sale on 31st October.
Meanwhile, Rufus Wainwright has announced a Vicar Street date on November 13th. Wainwright will roll into town for the second time in just a few months, following his July performance in the Iveagh Gardens. Rufus will be joined by Adam Cohen and Teddy Thompson. Tickets will cost you €44-40.
