Check out all the details below.

Echo Lake + Adultrock - The Workman's Club - 10th October

The debut tour on these shores from the London stargazers Echo Lake, hot on the heels of the gushing word of mouth from their debut LP Wild Peace. The record is a brave assault on the conventions of pop, marrying a huge and dense production style with a interweaving and emotive lyrics. Support on the night will come from Adultrock.

De La Soul presents First Serve - Meeting House Square - 18th October

De La Soul are back in your life. Well, sort of. Plug 2/Dave and Plug 1/Pos of De La Soul have created First Serve, for which they take on the personas of aspiring rappers Deen Whitter and Jacob 'Pop Life' Barrow. First Serve is a concept album that centers on Whitter and Barrow’s trials and tribulations as they attempt to rise up from their parents’ basement to become rap stars. Upon first listen, one can’t help but think of frequent De La Soul collaborator Prince Paul’s classic album A Prince among Thieves. Both albums are glued together using the recently out-of-style hip-hop tool called the skit to propel the album’s narrative. First Serve, unlike Paul’s album, isn’t so much a cautionary tale as it is a nostalgic celebration of hip-hop’s golden days.

Daithi + Elaine Mai - The Workman's Club - 19th October

First seen on a televised talent show, Daithi uses loopstations, kaoss Pads, synthesizers and drum machines to create a unique and exceptional sound all centered around one instrument: the Fiddle. Some people call it post trad, others say it’s Indie traditional electro math rock looped with a twist, whatever the genre the end result is energetic, loud and a damn good time. Meanwhile, Elaine Mai has also made a huge impression on the Irish live scene, not only with her own solo shows but also with some impressive support slots and guest vocals on Carraroe by Daithi and Love System by Le Galaxie. This double-headliner should prove memorable.
