Critically acclaimed experimental multi-instrumentalist DM Stith has announced a gig at Crawdaddy on May 23rd.
The Indiana man released his debut album Heavy Ghost in March, astounding critics with the orchestral richness and complexity of his multi-layered soundscapes, overlaid with spooky lyrics. If that's not enough to convince you, some name dropping might just do the trick. Stith was coaxed into the studio by Asthmatic Kitty Records' Sufjan Stevens, and My Brightest Diamond's Shara Worden, on whose album he had assisted technically.
