One of the gigs we were most disappointed about missing out on in 2020 was Diana Ross's planned show at the Royal Hospital, Kilmainham.

So it's good news, at least, that we're going to hear new music from the music legend this year.

Ross is set to release her first album of new material in 15 year this autumn.

It's called 'Thank You', and the 77-year-old said: "This collection of songs is my gift to you with appreciation and love. I am eternally grateful that I had the opportunity to record this glorious music at this time.

"I dedicate this songbook of love to all of you, the listeners. As you hear my voice you hear my heart."

For the album, Ross enlisted a number of younger producers and songwriters - including Jimmy Napes (Sam Smith, Alicia Keys, Disclosure), Jack Antonoff (Lorde, Taylor Swift) and Prince Charlez (Rihanna).

The title track 'Thank You' is out today - hear it now:
