Great news for Cork musician Brian Deady today, as he has revealed that he has signed a record deal with Universal/Decca Records.
Deady released his excellent second album 'Non-Fiction' last December and it flew under the radar for many, although you may have head the single 'Clap Both My Heads' on the radio. With no PR company, management or distribution in place, Deady was driving to record companies around the country to supply them with the album himself, at one point.
Now, it looks like the soul man's music is hopefully going to be heard by a wider audience.
He shared the good news on social media this morning, saying "Big News!! I've signed my first major record deal with Decca Records/Universal, so excited about the road ahead !! Thanks to all those who have supported me on this journey , B."
