As you may have heard, Coldplay are releasing their new album 'Everyday Life' later this month.
The promotional campaign thus far has proved pretty original, with the band placing an ad in the 'Classifieds' section of various newspapers around the world to reveal the tracklist.
However, they chose a more traditional route to debut two new songs from the album at the weekend.
As the musical guests on Saturday Night Live, Chris Martin and his bandmates played album track 'Orphans' as well as 'Everyday Life''s title track.
They also revealed (via mock press conference starring 'Portlandia's Carrie Brownstein and Fred Armisen) that on the day the album is released - November 22nd - they will stream two live concerts from Amman in Jordan on YouTube.
