They played one of the biggest gigs of their career only last week at the Super Bowl, and this summer Coldplay will play another.

Chris Martin and co. have just been announced as the first headliners of Glastonbury 2016, which takes place from June 24th - 27th at Worthy Farm.

They'll headline the Pyramid Stage on Saturday night, June 26th.

It's far from their first time headlining the festival - it's their fourth overall, in fact - but with rumours that 'A Head Full of Dreams' may be their last album, it could be their final time.

They'll make history on June 26th either way, as they are the first band to headline Glastonbury four times.

The full line-up has yet to be announced, but don't bet against Beyoncé filling another of the headline slots.
