Britney Spears has hinted that she is considering retiring after her Las Vegas shows. Spears is set to perform at Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino on December 27th, kicking off a two year residency.
In an interview with Extra, the popstar admitted she would like to focus on her family once her residency is complete and retiring from music was a possibility. 'I might [retire], who knows... I may have two more kids and get married… I'd like to have more kids,' Spears said. Her new relationship might also make Britney Spears want to stay out of the limelight as she spoke about her new beau David Lucado.
'I think it does kind of help with dating someone not in the business, I could kinda understand if you're dating someone in the business they'd understand what you're going through every day and stuff. I feel like the chemistry kinda speaks for itself when you date someone out of the industry.'
The singer launched her Piece of Me Tour on Tuesday at the Planet Hollywood, where she will play 50 shows each year of the residency.
