The fourth Body & Soul festival will take place this Solstice weekend, with the festival's strongest line-up to date in place. Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, James Murphy, PiL, Solange, and a host of others, will all descend on the picturesque surroundings of Ballinlough Castle in Westmeath for three nights of raucous fun. B&S regulars will no doubt have the journey to the festival down to a fine art by now, but those of you who'll be converging on Body & Soul this weekend for the first time, you might want to read the below.
