Although 'Bad Guy' and 'Everything I Wanted' are still getting regular airplay, as is 'No Time To Die', a new single from Billie Eilish is long overdue - even with lockdown shutting down the music industry.

After all, Taylor Swift managed to put together an entire album about cardigans or something in the middle of all this, so what's Billie Eilish's excuse? Anyway, the singer announced yesterday evening that a new single is finally on the way and will drop this coming Thursday.

'my future' will be Eilish's first single since 'No Time To Die', which was the title track for the upcoming Bond movie of the same name. The single comes as her upcoming world tour has been pushed back to 2021 due to the pandemic.

Still, she's had a good year so far and made Grammy history when her debut album, 'When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?', swept the boards and made her the first female artist to win the big four categories - Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Album of the Year and Best New Artist - in one single year.

Not bad, in fairness.
