Those precocious Cavan teenagers The Strypes just keep going from strength to strength, don't they? After a whirlwind year which has seen them *deep breath* sign a major label deal, release a pretty well-reviewed debut album, support Blur in a massive outdoor gig in Dublin, support Arctic Monkeys during their UK tour, receive praise from the likes of Elton John, Dave Grohl, Paul Weller and more, they have now gone and added another notch to their belt by announcing details of their debut UK headline tour.

The four-piece will play a ten date tour throughout February, starting on the 11th in Cambridge, Brighton, London, Bristol, Birmingham, Leeds, Glasgow, Liverpool, Manchester before playing the final date on 22nd February in Sheffield.

Suppor duties will be taken by fellow Irish rockers Raglans, Southern, The Shimmer Band and The Turning. Tickets for all the show will go on sale from 9am this Wednesday 18th December.
