Instore gigs may be a thing of the past - at least for now - but one Irish music store is offering fans a way to connect with a big band in an intimate way.

Instores were a way to get up-close-and-personal with your favourite band and often a way to hear songs played 0r arranged differently. Now, Cork-based MusicZone.ie is teaming up with Biffy Clyro to offer fans access to an exclusive 'virtual' instore gig.

Frontman Simon Neil will perform an acoustic set and do a Q&A with fans on Tuesday, August 18th at 6.30pm.

"We’ve done some instores and virtual instores in the past but we are all really looking forward to Biffy Clyro perform for us especially after they blew every other act off stage when they headlined Cork’s Indiependence Festival in 2019," they said.

You need to pre-order new album 'A Celebration of Endings' (CD, standard LP or coloured LP) from MusicZone.ie in order to get a code for the live stream.

The  album is released on August 15th.
