As was to be expected, Beyonce dominated last night's Grammy Awards, picking up a record breaking six gongs, including awards for Song of the Year, Female Pop Vocal Performance and R&B Song. Her big competition came in the form of pocket sized country star Taylor Swift, who won four awards, including Album of the Year, Best Country Album and Best Country Song.

The Grammy Awards will be broadcast on RTE2 at 7pm tonight, Monday February 1st. Highlights include a tribute to Neil Young, Michael Jackson's kids picking up his lifetime achievment award, Beyonce covering Alanic Morrisette, Lady Gaga singing a duet with Elton John, and P!nk being swung half naked from the ceiling by a big white sheet. Seriously.
