Having recently announced a spate of dates across Europe, including dates in Dublin and Belfast this December, now comes news of Belle & Sebastian's eighth studio album.
The long awaited follow up to 2006's 'The Life Pursuit' was recorded in LA earlier this year, and will be called 'Belle & Sebastian Write About Love'.
As well as their touring plans, B&S will also be busy this December acting as guest curators for one of the All Tomorrow's Parties festivals taking place in Minehead in the UK with acts like Foals, The New Pornogaphers and Jenny & Johnny, as well as fellow Scots The Vaselines, Frightened Rabbit and Sons & Daughters.
