Two pretty tasty support acts have been confirmed for Blur's much anticipated Irish comeback on the ground of the Royal Hospital in Kilmainham on August 1st.
Natasha Khan, known to you and I as Bat For Lashes, will perform her first Irish show in five years on the back of her striking album The Haunted Man which was released in the latter part of last year, while The Strypes are one of Ireland's most successful new acts at the moment surfing a wave of success which has seen the Cavan teenagers tour to Japan, appear on Live UK television and draw plaudits from the likes of Elton John, Dave Grohl and Paul Weller.
Tickets for the show will cost you a not too unreasonable €62.
