Band of Skulls have announced a gig in Dublin's Academy on February 26th and Belfast's Limelight the previous night, as part of their UK and Ireland tour. The band have also announced plans to release the first single from their, as yet un-titled, second album. The Devil Takes Care Of His Own will be released through Electric Blues Recordings this December and will be available as a download and as a limited 7” picture disc.
The band’s second album was recorded at Rockfield studios in Wales with producer Ian Davenport and mixed in Los Angeles and New York by Nick Launey (Nick Cave / PIL / Yeah Yeah Yeahs). It is due for release in early 2012.
