Irish band Kodaline, who we tipped some time ago to be one of the breakout acts of 2013, look set for a high chart placing in the UK this weekend.
Their song 'High Hopes' looks to be in the running for the top spot, but they'll likely be duke it out with The Saturdays' 'What About Us' for the honour of being at the summit of the charts. Justin Timberlake is the incumbent number one in the singles charts with 'Mirrors'.
Meanwhile, David Bowie's top spot in the album charts looks set to be short-lived as Justin Timberlake will likely be at #1 with The 20/20 Experience, according to the Official Chart Company, having shifted somewhere in the region o f 57,000 units in the past week.
