Arctic Monkeys are to release a live DVD in November.

'Arctic Monkeys Live at the Apollo' was filmed in Manchester last December, on the final date of their extensive world tour.

It was filmed by Mighty Boosh/IT Crowd actor Richard Ayoade, who has also directed videos for Vampire Weekend.

Arctic Monkeys are currently said to be writing their third album, the follow-up to last year's 'Favourite Worst Nightmare', due some time in 2009.
