Marlay Park is where it's at this summer (btw, did you know today is the last Monday of what's considered to be official winter? So we're basically in festival season, grand). Not only is it the birthplace of Longitude, the second festival of which will take place toward the end of July 2014 and promises a stellar line-up, we've just got wind of an exclusive Arctic Monkeys gig too.

Yep, the Monkeys will take to Marlay Park along with their special guests Jake Bugg, Miles Kane and Royal Blood for a roof-raising gig like no other on Saturday July 12th with tickets priced at Tickets €61.50.

Tickets go on sale this Friday at 9am so if you're dancing your socks off at The Erics the night before, best pop a dioralyte so you can get booking ahead of the pack the following morning.

Having headlined Glasto and EP last summer to coincide with their fifth studio album, AM, and racked up a serious mantle-piece load of awards along the way, you can rest assured this will be a gig to remember.

Now if we could all get our hands on a child of Prague to ensure the same sunshine we experienced that time LAST year, all will be well with the world. I've got a feeling in my stomach, apologies.

We have tickets to the show to give away, so we do! To give yourself a chance of winning just visit this link and answer the really simple question and you could be on your way to Marlay Park  in July.
