Their Glastonbury headline set didn't go down too well with critics, and they disappointed thousands of Irish fans when they cancelled their Marlay Park gig earlier this summer.

However, Arctic Monkeys intend on making amends to their Irish cohort and have just announced four dates in Dublin and Belfast for a series of dates to mark the end of their world tour.

They'll play Dublin's 3Arena on October 15th, 17th and 19th, and Belfast's SSE Arena on October 16th.

Miles Kane will support on all dates.

Previous ticket holders will be sent a unique access code and will be given 72-hour priority pre-sale access starting at 9am on Friday, Aug 25th to purchase tickets. Only the same number of tickets, or less, purchased previously for Marlay Park will be available to purchase for these new dates.

All remaining tickets will be made available for sale at 9am on Tuesday, August 29th.
