After their underappreciated Oxegen set and the recent release of their third full length album 'The Suburbs', Canadian indie ensemble Arcade Fire are set to visit Dublin as part of their European tour in December.
Having announced a series of UK dates on Monday, the band's myspace page now says that they will play The O2 in Dublin on December 5th. Ticket prices have yet to be announced, though the Irish Times' Jim Carroll is reporting €73, much to the dismay of his many readers, who think that even with Vampire Weekend supporting (unconfirmed) that's far too high a price. Other sources, however, are quoting something closer to €50 or €60.
