Arcade Fire have posted a 40 second teaser to their upcoming new album Reflektor online.
The clip, which is suitably mysterious, culminates with the band's frontman Win Butler approaching the microphone as if to sing and then teases '9/9 9pm', indicating the further details will be released next Monday. Scroll down to check it out for yourself.
This teaser follows the mysterious clip posted to Spotify earlier in the week, which shows the band are seemingly intent on drumming up as much anticipation for the new record as possible.
LCD Soundsystem's James Murphy, who was involved in the album's production, previously told NME that: "It sounds like Arcade Fire in the way that only Arcade Fire sound like Arcade Fire, you know? It's really fucking epic. Seriously. I mean, I feel at this point like I'm too close to it to really talk it up and do it justice, you know?"
Colour us very, very excited for this one.
