Comedian Alan Carr might have revealed too much about his friend's new release.

According to a reliable source, Adele's new album may be here very soon. Alan Carr, who is one of the singer's closest friends, has let slip that the Tottenham songstress is about to release '32' (or so we imagine it's called) onto the world.

During an interview with Grazia UK, when asked who out of Adele, Rihanna, or Cardi B is rumoured to be releasing a new album in February, Carr said: "Adele, isn’t it?

"I’ve actually heard some tracks on it. Oh my God, it’s amazing – so amazing."

Adele's new album has been rumoured for quite some time. Her previous effort '25' was released way back in 2015, and earned her two Grammy Awards as well as a BRIT.

Carr continued the interview with the publication, by revealing how he inspires the songwriter to keep going: "I said to her, 'That voice is like an old friend,' because there are some people in the charts who sound a bit like Adele and then when you hear Adele’s voice, you go, 'Oh no, there’s only one'."

Finally, asked whether her voice has changed dramatically since her recent weight loss, Carr said: "No, no, no. She’s still got a chunky but funky voice – don’t worry."

At the end of last year, Adele appeared as the guest host on 'Saturday Night Live'. Ahead of her appearance, fans were speculating that she would be premiering a new song, but she remained the host of the evening, leaving H.E.R. to perform instead.

Carr is currently doing the promotional circuit ahead of his appearance on 'RuPaul's Drag Race UK'. The second series, which airs on BBC One next Tuesday night, will see 12 new contestants drag it up to win the title. 'Bedazzled' actor Elizabeth Hurley will be the first guest judge of the series.
