Fan-flinging/gyrating singer Akon will play dates in Dublin and Belfast in 2009.
The Senegal-born singer will play the RDS on January 27th, and Belfast's Odyssey on January 28th.
He recently released his third album 'Freedom', which features collaborations with Lil Wayne, Young Jeezy and Wyclef, amongst others.
Tickets are €49.50 (Dublin) and (TBC) for Belfast, and on sale tomorrow, December 12th.
