If you follow AC/DC on their social media, you'll notice that the Aussie rockers were teasing some big news last week.

Well, it's finally been revealed - the 'Back in Black' hitmakers are bringing their PWR/UP tour on the road, and it'll hit Dublin's Croke Park on August 17th.

The ‘POWER UP’ tour, named for their latest studio album, will see the band play 21 dates across Germany, Italy, Spain, The Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, England, Slovakia, Belgium and France with a final show at Croke Park on Saturday 17th August, subject to licence.

The band will feature Angus Young on lead guitar, vocalist Brian Johnson, rhythm guitarist Stevie Young, drummer Matt Laug and a new bass player to carry the torch for Cliff Williams, who retired from the band in 2016.

Johnson, meanwhile, was replaced by Axl Rose for a period while Johnson dealt with hearing loss - but he has since had surgery.

Tickets are from €86.25 including booking fee, and on sale this Friday, February 16th at 9am from usual outlets.
