English rockers Kasabian are to play Belfast's Georges Market on June 22nd (£22.50).

Jack L has announced a second date at Dublin's Olympia Theatre this April, due to phenomenal demand. He will now play April 3rd as well as April 2nd (€26).

Bangor singer-songwriter Iain Archer, known for picking up an Ivor Novello songwriting award for his contribution to Snow Patrol's "Final Straw", is to play an intimate acoustic gig Upstairs at Whelan's on March 21st (€12.50) to celebrate the release of his new album "To The Pine Roots" out on March 20th.

Following her success as support artist to Keith Barry's sold out January tour, Dublin pop songstress Ruth Anne is to play The Sugar Club, Dublin, on Saturday May 16th (€12) to finish her live tour which visits venues in Mullingar, Dundalk, Athlone, Tipperary, Limerick, Letterkenny, Portlaoise, Cork, Waterford, Wexford and Mullingar.

Hit singer/songwriter James Morrisson will play the Olympia Theatre, Dublin, on May 28th and Belfast's Waterfront Hall on May 29th. Ticket priced to be confirmed.

Following their most recent sold out performances and the release of their third album "Post Romantic," Pony Club, have just confirmed a headline Whelans show on Friday May 1st  (€12) to celebrate International Workers Day.

80s punk rockers A Certain Ratio will play The Button Factory on Saturday March 28th (€17). The band who've been likened to Joy DIvision and served as an influence for bands like LCD Soundsystem and The Rapture are coming to Ireland as part of the Factory Records 30th anniversary tour, and will play with support from Dublin band 202s
