Bockerer

April 1938. Karl Bockerer is the proprietor of a small meat shop in the suburbs of Vienna. Karl has the same date of birth as Hitler - and that's all they have in common. He experiences the annexation of Austria with all its political and personal repercussions with decided ill-humor. Tragic-grotesque comedy genre whose central figure is a Viennese "Schwejk".
