Will Ferrell and Adam McKay, of Step Brothers and Anchorman 'cohort-ing', are lining up a series of flicks post Anchorman 2. The most intriging is a movie adaption of a short lived TV show from the early 80s called 'Manimal'.
If you don't remember it (it only ran for a lowly 8 episodes) here's the intro below. We do recall this, he's kind of like a shite Bravestar. Dapper, mind.
Ripe for lampooning, and kind of a cool idea for a show or movie to be fair - when you can take the piss out of it.
McKay will definitely not direct the film, and it's not clear if Ferrell will star, although it does seem like the perfect vehicle for him.
