A TV spot has dropped today for the The Hobbit: The Desolation Of Smaug and it looks like Bilbao is in a lot of trouble. The second instalment in the hobbit movies continues on from the first film as Bilbao, Gandalf and thirteen dwarves go on an adventure to reclaim the lost Dwarf Kingdom of Erebor. Comparing the upcoming film to the first film, Peter Jackson said , 'This has less humour in it for sure. The first film was where we allowed ourselves to try and capture something of the children's book, but it is really not appropriate to do that any more. Some pretty serious stuff is going down and it is important that we don't undercut that now.' The Hobbit: The Desolation Of Smaug is due fore release on the 13th December 2013.
