It’s been a while since we’ve seen an action film that really got the blood flowing, but 8 years after the hugely entertaining original, a sequel to 300, titled 300: Rise of an Empire, is finally here.
We thought we’d mark the occasion with a special edition of our Movie Show in The Lighthouse cinema where I (editor Mike Sheridan) sat down with our film scribe, Rory Cashin to talk about the flick.
We’ve also included an ace behind the scenes making of, while Rory and I had a quick look back at The Oscar ceremony too.
If you’re looking for a film to slap you five ways from Sunday and not apologise for it, then 300: Rise of an Empire is that film. If you fancy a gander at my review you can have a look over yonder.
