Last week I had the pleasure of catching up with the legend that is John C Reilly and the sharp-tongued sweetheart that is Sarah Silverman, both having starred in the recent Disney flick, Wreck-It Ralph. Now it's imperative that I get one thing straight here. John wasn't at all well on the morning I met him. A bad bout of a tummy bug and poor Mr Reilly was far from in the humour of being asked the same questions he's probably been asked by just about everyone else. Hence the rather sombre tone of an interview you mightn't expect where a Disney comedy is concerned.

Anyhoo, it was nice to catch up with the pair to chat about how significant it must feel to be part of Disney's history; Ralph and Vanellope Von Schweetz are two animated characters that you just know are here to stay. Having grown up watching Dumbo and The Jungle Book, both John and Sarah have now been immortalised into that same hall of fame. John was also in Dublin this weekend at the IFTAs before a quick rendezvous with his bluegrass band, John Reilly and Friends. Then it was off to the BAFTAs for the pair of them!

Highlight of the interview though as probably when Sarah gave a shout out to our Sara Murphy back home; Miss Silverman's biggest fan and's Business Development Manager.

Wreck-It Ralph is in cinemas now.
