Training Day and Brooklyn's Finest helmer Antoine Fuqua has apparently confirmed to Digital Spy that a biopic of gunned down rapper Tupac Shakur will be his next film.
The director told the British site he wants an unknown as Shakur: "I want to discover someone new. I want to discover a lot of new people if I can. Obviously I'm going to have to put some people in it that you know, just because actors have different skills. I want to go to the streets and find him anywhere he might be in the world."
Fuqua is also being linked with another film with his Tears of the Sun star, Bruce Willis called The Tomb, but would only say, "that's a conversation I've been having with Bruce." Given the messiness of that films shoot, that would be surprising news indeed.
