Justin Timberlake has signed on to star opposite his former bitta stuff, Cameron Diaz, in the funny sounding romantic comedy Bad Teacher, according to Variety.
Timberlake has apparently impressed the executives at Sony after seeing some of his work in their David Fincher-helmed film, The Social Network, so much that they pushed for him to star here. Jason Segel, Eric Stonestreet (from the very funny Modern Family) and Molly Shannon have also joined the cast. Direction will be courtesy of Jake Kasdan (the underrated Orange County), while The Office producers Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky penned the script.
Shooting is due to begin in the next weeks, so expect rumours about the pair rekindling their romance to happen post haste.
