British thespian Tom Hardy is coming to town this weekend for the Jameson Dublin International Film Festival screening of his latest movie Bronson, in which he plays the real life criminal Charles Bronson who spent 28 years of his life in solitary confinement. Hardy has previously been seen on the big and small screen, having had roles in the excellent miniseries Band of Brothers as well as Brit crime capers RocknRolla and Layer Cake. Critics are already hailing Hardy's performance in Bronson and as astounding, focussing on the terror of the myth that Bronson perpetuated for himself in prison.
