A24 has brought some of the best horrors in recent years and Brandy brought some of the best songs of the nineties so what's not to love about 'The Front Room'?

The horror, from the studio that brought you the likes of 'The Witch', 'Pearl' and 'Talk to Me' marks the directorial debut for Sam and Max Eggers.

Max Eggers co-wrote 'The Lighthouse' with his brother Robert while Sam was a production assistant on 'The Witch'. Robert Eggers' much-anticipated 'Nosferatu' is currently in post-production and stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Bill Skarsgård, Nicholas Hoult, Willem Dafoe and Lily-Rose Depp.

'The Front Room' is based on the short story of the same name by Susan Hill. According to an official logline, the film "tells the story of a young, newly pregnant couple who are forced to take in an ailing estranged stepmother."

Joining Brandy Norwood in the cast are Kathryn Hunter, Neal Huff and Andrew Burnap.
