Given how poorly received 'Terminator: Genisys' was, not to mention 'Terminator: Salvation' as well, you'd have to wonder why they're going back to the well with 'Terminator: Dark Fate'.

For one thing, the series should have stopped with 'Terminator 2: Judgment Day' and that ending. Still, here we are a whole 28 years later, with another 'Terminator' movie. What's different about this is the fact that Linda Hamilton is back in action as Sarah Connor and reunited with Arnold Schwarzeneeger as the T-800.

As far as trailers go, there's no sign yet of anything yet, however 20th Century Fox posted a series of images from 'Terminator: Dark Fate' this afternoon to give you an idea of what to expect. You've also got franchise newcomers Mackenzie Davis, Diego Boneta, Gabriel Luna and Natalia Reyes in there as well.

Gabriel Luna has already been confirmed to be playing a Terminator, and was even spotted working out with Arnold Schwarzenegger to get that killer robot physique. Mackenzie Davis, however, looks she could be playing some kind of robot-human hybrid, and it's anyones guess about Diego Boneta and Natalia Reyes.

'Terminator: Dark Fate' lands in Irish cinemas on October 23rd. Expect a trailer any day now.
