The guys at Deadline.com this morning published a very interesting piece on the fledging movie star career of Taylor Lautner.
Apparently the Twilight star will now earn $10 million plus a movie, despite having not starred in a film outside of the hugely popular tween franchise. His first foray outside of playing a hairy beast/permanently topless Native American will be in Abduction, out in November. He has now tenuously signed up for several other projects to be produced by his own production company (he's 18 FFS!).
Michael Bay wants him for a horror film for his Platinum Dunes shingle, while he's committed to Incarceron, which is currently looking for a female lead. According to Nikki Finke those names include staggeringly talented Winter's Bone star Jennifer Lawrence, who conincdentaly came close to bagging Kristen Stewart's role in Twilight. Give her $10 million a movie, Hollywood, yiz saps.
