Hollywood is nothing if not fickle, and movie folk suing each other, or audience members suing filmmakers because they thought the marketing of a film lied to them (see the idiot suing Drive producers) is now commonplace. Rocky/Rambo himself Sylvester Stallone is the subject of such a suing.

According to Deadline, Sly is being sued for his script for The Expendables (co-written with David Callaham) by the writer of unproduced screenplay The Cordoba Caper. This unnamed chap registered his script, about a group of mercenaries fighting an evil dictator, with The Writers Guild of America a few years ago and is claiming his it's been ripped off by Sly and Callaham. The sequel to The Expendables is currently in production with Simon West directing; it's due for release next August. Stallone is yet to comment.

Anyone who has seen Paranormal Activity 3 might be thinking the same thing as that woman suing the folk behind Drive. The majority of that trailer isn't in the movie... but it's still good.
