Bullock plays Loretta Sage, a novelist who would rather have baths drinking chardonnay than promote her new book 'The Lost City of D'
Reluctantly, she agrees to go on a promotional tour with her hunky cover model, Alan (Tatum). But things take an interesting turn when she's kidnapped by a billionaire, played by Daniel Radcliffe, who is obsessed with finding the treasure in her book.
With Alan in tow trying to save Loretta, they arrive in the jungle to try to find the lost treasure while also trying to escape the maniacal billionaire.
We also get a glimpse at a Brad Pitt cameo in the trailer. He arrives with some daring action sequences, rescuing the crew from explosions. Other cast members include Patti Harrison, Da’Vine Joy Randolph and Oscar Nunez.
'The Lost City' is directed by Adam and Aaron Nee, whose credits include 'The Last Romantic' and 'Band of Robbers'. They are also working on the upcoming superhero adventure 'Masters of the Universe'. They wrote the script with Dana Fox ('Cruella,' 'What Happens in Vegas').
'The Lost City' premieres in cinemas April 15, 2022.
